SIMPLY
Cabbage and sea salt. A classic, old world combination.
PEPPERED CARAWAY 
A traditional kraut with caraway seed, spiced up with a black pepper blend. 
TURMERIC GINGER 
Medicinal turmeric, spicy ginger, sweet carrots and of course, garlic. A customer favorite.  
DAIKON KELP
Maine kelp, local scallions & daikon radish, black sesame seeds & red pepper flakes. This kraut is extra briny and a bit spicy with a hint of a citrusy afterbite.
SALSA 
Our take on a classic Mexican salsa. More sweet than spice with lots of flavor.
GARLIC DILL 
The perfect blend of garlic and dill, if you love pickles you will love this kraut! 
GINGER BEET 
A juicy red kraut: Sweet red beets, fresh ginger and a hint of bay. 
VEGAN KIMCHI
All of the ingredients, flavor and spice of a traditional kimchi, minus the fish sauce.
